Noch vor einem Jahr während der GRAVE DIGGER Südamerika-Tour 2011 beklagte ich die Stierkampfarena direkt gegenüber meines Hotelzimmers (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ovv6X0gzPzo ab 5:12 Min.) und litt sehr unter der Diskrepanz zwischen den großartigen kolumbianischen Fans auf der einen Seite und dem Festhalten an einem grausamen Relikt auf der anderen Seite.

Today, the computer museum Mannheim / Germany came to my house and grabbed all the matured apple gear I wrote about yesterday.
Although it’s just dead material, it did a well job and there are so many memories on this hardware … *sigh*

I’m just about to change the complete machine architecture in my studio.
All in all I have to remove 5 different apple machines, pretty old ones, who are not able to fit in the actual formats of music production. Monitors, hard-disks and kilometers of cables, all signs of the past.
10 years ago it was the state of the art, incomparable to all other systems, the best of everything, today...
